Albin Countergambit - why is pawn immune when move xf2

Hello. Why is pawn immune in opening Albin Countergambit? Next move is king to e2, but normally, I would take the pawn. Is the pawn really immune?

I am quite new to chess theory, I used to play chess few years ago as self-taught.

Thanks for comments.

If king takes queen is hanging

And you’ve destroyed the pawn structure.

Thanks, I was not sure about "immune" meaning. Sure, there is easy way to take queen then.
