So, as long as you have enough time, time is not important?

You’re not getting it.

I do, you only took into account one of my two statements in post #20, and ignored the other one.

Time is not important to me as long as I can study 23 hours a day. I can outdo anyone.

You've been saying this for months. Why haven't you been doing it instead? Is it a self-discipline problem?

Perhaps you should hook up with a Dominatrix...?

Girlfriends are worthless and a waste of time. Isaac Newton and Nikola Tesla died virgins, which is an impressive feat that I wish to emulate.

I do  sometimes procrasinate but I’m working on mastering 23 hours of study.

Tough, it is. Impressive, not so much.

If you have more incentive for becoming a titled player in chess there will be thousands of adults who can become titled players in under 10 years.

The only reason that you don't see adults beginners becoming titled players is that they simply cannot invest so much time when you don't have much incentive.

I think it is right.

Well for most of us it isn't a problem, since most of us will never be IMs. I definitely think a dedicated adult could become an IM even at age 40 to 50.
