I am 85% percentile and 1350 rating in blitz at chess.com.... can you tell me whether I am good or bad in a beginner level?

You will need books and video lessons for improvement now. Just playing more games won't bring any improvement. You'll need to study endgame theory and various openings. You'll have to solve tactics daily to increase your accuracy in tactics. Good luck.
