Oh dear! Since January? I knew i forgot about the website for a bit, but i didn't realize it was that long...
Saying that, i did plan to play to play some games on this website today... but im avoiding it due to being worse online then OTB. And I'm terrible OTB!
Im not sure where to put this, so im just going to throw it into the general Chess Discussion.
I decided to play a OTB with myself today... Yes this is with myself, just pointing that out.
I decided id have some fun, and play something to startle myself, and see if i can respond correctly.
I did... good enough, and managed to get this position. White to move. Blacks last move was Qd4 from Qd3

(im just going to put W for white, and B for black so i dont confuse myself)
Im thinking W Qe2 to force black to stay in the middle (in case you dont see what im seeing, if black castles either way, Id play W Rxe7 and when B Nxe7 happens, W Qxe7, blammo! white got a knight and a bishop for a rook

But i have a tingling feeling that their is a better move, something in my gut tells me their is a pretty move somewhere on this board... I've been looking for awhile, but i dont see anything concrete other than the move above... Am i missing something?
EDIT Or maybe i was thinking of a line after W Qe2 but forgot it when i went to get a drink heh... uh i dont know... sorry for making this post, im kinda tired, so making this was a "do before you think" sort of thing.
