Good job.
There is a lot that you could correct. Concentrate on not hanging pieces and you will greatly improve.

I'm not an expert, but I will try to point some mistakes.
5.Ng5...mistake..maybe you want to attack, but your knight is over-advanced and you have no threat. He can simply kick it with a move like pawn to h6.Plus,there is a rule in chess:"don't move a piece twice in the opening, unless you have a good reason to do that"
11.d4 :another mistake ,you open the game while your king is not safe.Better was castling.
12.Nd5 : I don't understand this move at all
15.h4 :castle !
And of course, you hanged your pieces a few times. You have to get better at tactics.Learn the basic tactical motifs and practice them.I used to train on chesstempo.com (now I don't have much time anymore).
Good luck at improving
I've been playing the computer for years--just started playing opponents online and have actually found it's not too demoralizing. Below is a neck-and-neck game--we both committed a few blunders that I'm aware of (I lost my queen stupidly instead of trading and s/he left a file open for my rook). I'd really appreciate any comments or noticings of blunders we missed.
