It’s amazing how 800 ELO players play at the level of 1600 ELO. This site is full of people using chess engines. I have cancelled my subscription, and once I finish my games I’m currently playing I am only using this site for puzzles. OTB only

That is not cheating. I sometimes play at the level of 2000+, though i have the elo of 1400. Elo measures the average performace. If you mean game review performance, that is just the current performance, which changes if you slept enough, you are in good circumstances, etc. Also, 1600 is not engine performace, 3000 is engine performance.
