Analyzer causing Chess.com App to freeze

Every now and then I play a game that I cannot analyze because when the computer reaches a certain move in the game my iPad App freezes and shuts down. If I reopen it everything is fine unless I try to analyze the same game again, when that happens the App once again freezes at the exact same move in the game.

I am just curious as to why. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? I happens maybe in one game in 500 so I feel no need to report it as a bug. Thanks
