Well of course he's perfectly capable of winning, especially since he sits at number 1. And I wish him the best, but I really hope it's Aronian or Caruana.

I hope Aronian wins, but I think it'll be Karjakin. Nothing against Vishy, but another Anand-Carlsen would be boring as all hell.

Anand doing all the right things in a tournament..a draw or 3 to keep steady
,keep winning matches then a loss in between to take the pressure off etc.
besides his vast experience counts and against a Carlsen who is in form,
only he can snatch a win once in while compared to others if Carlsen is
in-form..
I believe Anand can win the Candidates. Success do happen on the 3rd try.

Anand is a great player and it's certainly possible that he can be the candidate again. For him personally, it will be a phenomenal achievement to be the Candidate again - more than 20 years after he faced Garry Kasparov in New York. However, I don't believe he will be able to get the title from Carlsen. I might be wrong, but I think Carlsen is stronger. He also has some psychological advantage over Anand. But, like I said, everything is possible.
However, let us not rush the events too fast. There are still some more rounds to go and a lot of things can happen.
I want to know that can Anand will wins the candidate 2016??.... from various amateur, strong, tournament players....all opinions are welcome...I am from India... that's why this question comes into my mind...
