andriod app update pushed out yesterday

crashes when trying to enter game and on occasions that it's let me in, it crashes after submitting single move on both HTC Desire and Samsung S4

Is not being able to see my stats as a gold member an intended behaviour?

Thank god I did not update. Anyway I have old apk file.

On forums I can't see diagrams, other things are ok - HTC HD2.

having extreme difficulty too, crashes constantly.

i personally really like the update. you can use chess mentor and look at videos much more easily. so far no problems with crashes for me.

I would report the constant crashes, but the report problems button doesn't work after the crash. (Holding back ironic laugh...)

The Video and Mentor sections are completely broken (on top of the problems noted by others). When I open those sections, chessboards appear, but give zero indication of what they are. No textual description. Buggy for daily/online, and some bugs in tactics. Too many to list here. Samsung Tab 2 10.1. The amount of bugs is astonishing...

hi, the android app is an improvement in options one has, but takes quite some mem if you use the background settings. two issues so far: - I cant change the board and pieces, bound on the overall settings (i liked the old board and pieces and cant seem to find them) - in the forums you cant see the boards when someone is discussing a game. why goto forums if you cant see a position but I like the effort of the new app, much more possibilities even though it is not as obviously clear as in the old one. I miss my teams in the app. still have togo to site participate inteammatches WiJi

can I suggest having a confirmation button after hitting the play button on the home page? because of the size of the play button, can easily unintentionally start a game.

A lot of new features but... - annoying start new game splashscreen. Plus sign in corner is enough i guess. - no more game list which are awaiting for oponent.

ok so two huge problems with the new app: 1. when playing live chess i cant meet people in my skill area, only those ranked over 1000 (i am 720) 2. online chess, the ongoing game list is so bugged. fix that too please.

I've experienced my pieces freezing in a live match, where I am unable to move my pieces and the clock is still counting down.  

I like the layout and visual design. Seems to run okay on my Samsung devices. I dislike the alerts which has thus far just been chat messages. It doesn't list what game the message came from. I am not recieving ingame chat notifications either.
I also (out of curiousity) started a live game and can't seem to be able to turn it off, even though I resigned the game, force quit the app and restarted it. I have a permanant "live chess" noticifation on the top left of my device.
I've unistalled the app and will re-install it shortly. Hopefully that will get rid of the Live Chess notifaction.

Hi,I love the new app,sure it has some bugs but it also has good new features...and I have full confidents in chess.com in resloving the  problems.All of this on the phone, look at where we are headed...Thank you!!!Please be relevant, helpful & nice!

everything about the new app miss horrible. I hate the interface, hate the look, is very non-intuitive. please let me go back to the old app, it was perfect.
