I'm sorry, but we can't do here anything for your now. When app crashes popup appears that tell you that:
As you can see there is no such popup, so it's a system bug, and we simply can't fix it because we don't know what to fix. It's not reproducable for us yet(even if we have same devices), no any information about what is wrong happened here, so i guess it's device-related-problem.

The Dan Heisman Learning Center group in Chess.com uses both 45/45 and 90/30 almost exclusively for their live chess Swiss tournaments. Not sure how many play on phones, but there are a fair amount of folks that play with tablet or iPad. I'm pretty sure they use the browser in the tablet, not the app though...

And let me be clear, 90% of my usage of the app is just to browse the forums. That is all. It's just one of the few things the new app does better than the old app. But other functions are still buggy and denial is just not productive, ok? Oh, since it does play unrated live (after you showed me), I decided to upgrade my rating to 2 stars.... I'm done here. Either you take my feedback constructively and WORK on correcting it, or just shrug your shoulders in denial....well, it's your choice.

The computer analysis with tactics trainer isn't working, it might be since I upgraded to Lollipop (which seems to have caused a number of bugs). If there's anything you can do to fix it from your side I'd be grateful...

i am not able to delete messages that i have sent from the app and also not able to see relayed games from the app

There is no option to delete messages within the app and will no be in v3 website, as far as i know.

I just sent Chess.com a crash report in ADDITION to one more I sent yesterday. The crash or freeze happens when I view Stats. If you still deny you received any crash reports, I can make a Youtube video as proof......although its obviously a lot of work for me for something that YOUR side should fix. Do you prefer that instead?
