Yes, actually people do. You only read "rich" comments, and not "empty ones of course. Those who have a background, analysis, some "promotion" links, that help filling tourney spots or whatever.

Announcing "check" in an over-the-board game. It's obvious, redundant, and not something about which to congratulate yourself. Use some imagination for crying out loud. See if you can think of something worthwhile to say. Does anybody actually read the list of fp-ers?
