Annoying glitch in new Class-Room feature

Hi everyone,

It seem that we don't find Live Analysis Board feature anymore since few days ago, and we must use Class-Room feature only since now.

I experience notable glitch that I found since 2 months ago. that is why I switched back to Live Board Analysis old feature each time I teach my students.

Today I try again Class room feature- There is still same glitch :

After some time, there is repeated error message saying "ops. the page need to be refreshed"

if I did not refresh it. then the other side won't get synchronized.

& it will happen multiple times. very frequent .. once every 2 min / so. Very frustrating. I still feel good that the old feature www.chess.com/live still there that I can still use it. I don't know for how many longer chess.com will keep that old good stable www.chess.com/live feature still up , but I will surely miss it if chess.com did not fix the bug from new class room feature.

Is anyone having same experience as me ? I thought this new Class-Room is not Beta version anymore. and they have fixed it up, but it seem it still not too reliable yet.

Others are seeing it as well and staff are looking into the feedback on Classrooms. My understanding is that there some upcoming fixes for the refresh banner.

I have tried again ClassRoom feature twice this week, and there are no more Synchronization glitch.  

I thank  you & all the team for that.
