Another losing streak (rapid chess)

I don't what kind of advice I'm expecting, but I need to vent anyway. I just keep losing and losing lately. I had a brief bounce yesterday (9w2l) but today I'm back with the idiotic moves and loss after loss after loss (4w10l). It's almost phone-smashingly frustrating. Opponent's rating or even board position doesn't seem to matter when I get on these pathetic losing rolls. They just have to hang in there and I inevitably make a horrendous blunder. I'm starting to think I really hate chess. No other game or sport makes me feel like such an idiot. It's excruciatingly annoying.
