Should I play in a 10 min rapid tournament if I'm only rated between 500-600 elo? Or should I concentrate on raising my elo in random rapid games, before I try to play in a tournament? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you were a junior player than you would be ok but most adult tournaments don’t accommodate rating brackets below 1000 so I would say probably no. If the tournament you are thinking of going to does have an u800 section than you would be fine,but most don’t

Say the tournament is <2000 with like 400 players. Would the benefit of playing games back to back for two hours, outweigh the whooping I probably would receive? Can tournament games be analyzed?
