Well rapid is typically better for beginners and intermediate players, meanwhile blitz and bullet may be more of less for more advanced players. So it’s not a big deal.

I have the same thing. I am for some reason much worse at blitz and bullet compared to rapid and classical. In classical chess, I’ve drawn CMs and beat many titled players and have also beaten an FM in rapid. If you play slower time controls more you’ll be better at those and worse at the faster ones and the opposite is true as well.
Rapid ratings are inflated compared to blitz ratings (the difference is bigger at lower levels). The discrepency between the two ratings that you have described is normal. As of the moment of writing this comment I am 2016 rapid, 1819 blitz and I have always been higher rated in rapid than in blitz. Someone who is rated 1250 blitz on this website is a lot better than someone who is rated 1250 rapid on this website. Only maybe after 2200 rapid ratings aren't inflated compared to blitz ratings.
My Rapid elo is 900, but my Bullet and Blitz are both around 400. Anybody have any clue why I could be worse at Blitz/Bullet than Rapid?
