I haven't used this one but, if you like Fritz, you might like the ChessBase Reader 2013.  It can read (read only) Chessbase and PGN data files and even comes with an engine - Fritz 11 SE.  You can import the UCI engine of your choice.

I haven't tried it since I have the full Fritz but it's free and another option for you to look at.
