I was also like u. But then i realised that i need to prove to them that i am worthy of playing rather than begging them

+1 you’ll play them when you get good enough.

Any lower titled player fm cm type may be willing to play if u r willing to give some incentive, 10 bucks for each game he wins perhaps

i specifically requested a titled player because they have experiance, people from 2000-2150 are good at playing passively but sadly dont know how to attack or creative imbalances in positions to go for the win, ive played a few otb so i know what im saying

in general 2000-2150 players dont play active chess well. they are fine on tactic spotting and not missing anything. but they still dont know much theory and as ive seen still cant handle super tactical opposite side castling attacking games that are very sharp

in general they need to learn to create active threats and learn to fight in the game thats meant for winning

ikr I can't be beat my elo is literally 100, 000 so um yeah

Avatar of Sea_TurtIe

like ive player classical games with them which im allowed to think and i can just win because i play actively and create threats and dont play a calm 3 knights orthodox QGD or the passive caro, and i have a gift at remembering theory

Your blitz is under 1000, I mean come on... pretty sure you can do better than that... and if not...

and 1800-2000 people make me burst laughing, they are either how ive described 2000-2150 players but dont find longer tactics well. or there elo if inflated due to them playing the type of chess that confuses their opponents or relaying on system openings

paper llama we can play a daily game? what about that???

Avatar of Sea_TurtIe

im 1700 on chess.com because i find it hard to take the people at the 1700-1900 level seriously. they are just funny and crack me up

Nah, you're trolling too much.

Besides, you can play players better than me, just follow the advice you got and you'll be able to play a titled player pretty easily (watch streams or pay them or be a kind and normal person then ask them).

For example visit the coaches page... paying a coach to play with you isn't going to help you improve (so some coaches may refuse) but that'd be a pretty much instant way to play a titled player any time you want.
