https://www.nachesshub.com/ is probably the main site to look for tournaments
https://nwchess.com/OnlineRegistration/ is primarily for NWSRS tournaments I think
https://www.nachesshub.com/Organizers/Details/A6051987 is where you can find PNWCC tournaments

It's actually pretty convenient to find entry fees--on NAChessHub just click on a specific event and scroll down a bit past the event info, and you should be able to find them. On nwchess just click on the name of the event and it should redirect you to a flyer with all the information on it.

No, what I see is information to pay for lessons.
