Maybe it's Francisco Vallejo Pons. He had some tax issues, so maybe this is his way to play chess still incognito. He may have intentionally drawn.

lol its a popular spanish youtuber Rey enigma...facing karpov..the idea was if rey loses...he has to unveil his face and identity, so he couldn't lose....so guess what....in the 89th move...karpov lost on time and draw due to insufficient mating material!! in finals of spains got talent... =)
