I don't know anything about Brazil, but I'm curious what you're talking about.
Ah, a quick google showing me culture wars and Jair Bolsonaro.
The last whiny petulant gasps before the world advances (with yet another step to the left)? Heh.
I have talent because I am a newish and very low effort player who's games are consistently 94 + CAPS
Any new friend of @drmrboss...
Part of "no talent" is not being told how to properly improve.
When I first got involved in competitive chess, I used to fall for the cruel trick the U.S. Chess Federation's store used to play on players, advertising opening books with lines like, "Bobby Fischer's openings: learn these and win like a champion."
In the beginning its tactics, tactics, tactics, and a little opening, endgame, and planning.
If you can't tell me the differences and similarities of a discovered attack and an X-ray attack or a Swallow's Tail Mate and a Dovetail Mate, then it's like you're not bringing all your tools to the game.
I memorize and every-so-often review the tactics and positional patterns and moves on these pages - it helps me see the board much better:

I can't tell the difference between a Swallow's Tail Mate and a Dovetail Mate. Nor do I care much.
You know he's telling the truth when he's a NM...

You're one up on me, I've never even heard of 'em!
It's one of the sillier aspects of chess, all these names for mates. And I can't recall too many GMs using such designations, but people around here always seem to be insisting how important they are.
The patterns though, are very important.
Just basic stuff like ask yourself "if my defended queen is right next to their king, what kind of pattern do the escape squares make?"
I'm sure every GM could answer questions like this.

Same here. Back to school for me, I guess- not?
The very bottomest of lines is as follows: if u cannot make $ playing chess (excluding teaching now) then u are actually wasting alla ur time (& taking urself WAY too seriously) pursuing s/t of which u have NO measurable talent....like IM friend. lol !!
teachings okay. cuz ur purposely & falsely building someone's hope (like a child's parent) that they'll take the chess world by storm one day cuz their child is the smartest one in their class. lol !!

I assume in your youth someone fed you a similar line abut writing.
"ir ur knot gonna be billyum shakespere than y bother wit all dat grammer stuf?"
Hey, but look at you now. All that time you saved really paid off.
I've played since I was a kid and I mostly lost--just never had a good feel for the game. Chess does give the brain a good workout through and it's fun. I know I'll never rise above mediocrity, but who cares?
