Why I lost couple of times lately because out of time, while I was waiting my opponent to make a move....

I've played a few players today in 1 minute bullet games..and they had some massive lag i had 8 seconds left on the clock my opponent had 0.9 and he managed to make 15 moves within this time and of coarse i lost and....somehow ran out of time even though i premoved like a madman...
