Anyone know why bullet chess makes me rage hard?

I rage pretty hard in bullet chess no matter what to do? why

Quit?  No seriously, you can become addicted to the "rush" from playing bullet and need to play more and more to satisfy your "need".  Serotonin levels, dopamine, all the psycho pharmacy stuff; quitting will only get harder.  Sure if you have a well balanced happy life then a few games of bullet aren't going to matter, but if playing enrages you, then you need to take action.  My $.02...

Anger issues are pretty common; doesn't necessarily mean you're crazy.  Hard not to have a few in today's society; the trick is to find something to calm everything down not stir them up.  Helps explain why yoga, tai chi, and other forms of meditation are so popular.  IMHO.
