Some really funny suggestions here.
To be honest, a lot of these combinations seem more sensible and fun than chess and boxing, yet aren't official. I wonder why? 
Shooting rabbits.
A group in Oregon holds an event where you run or bike a set distance, and the time you take is the time your opponent has on their clock for the chess tournament! So if you can run a mile in 8 minutes your opponent will have to play blitz, whereas if you're slow like me they might have 20 minutes....

Frankly, I don't see a healthy combination in chess-boxing. The example of Lennox Lewis comes to mind,you have just proudly checkmated him but now is ring time.No numbers of wins vs any Kasparovs or Carlsens will be even the slightest compensation for what is going to happen to you in the next minutes.I say poker fits better..
