Remove the time out feature. Each person gets in an allotted amount of time – let them use it! All of it!! I use the app when I am on my phone and losing because of “time out“ because I leave the app to do something else is ridiculous. Especially when you are ahead on points and you have more time remaining than your opponent. Stupid !!!

Do not worry, the Chess.com team will fix the bug. They are working on fixing it.
