Are 15|10 games good or bad for tournament practice?


True. My real tournament games largely differ from these online games. I've noticed it especially in games where my opponent is losing, how every move feels like a soulless noose getting tighter and tighter. But that's like maybe 1 out of 10 games, and I guess it doesn't hurt to practice against computer moves from time to time
I know Blitz, especially Bullet, may be harmful to long play. I was wondering if 15|10 is ok for practice? Should I only stick to 30|0 games perhaps? What are your thoughts
