The "Fred" is an unofficial joke opening that's considered even worse than the Bongcloud.
As Black: In response to e5, play f5 (the Duras Gambit, which is already considered to be very poor) then Kf7 after exf5
The evaluation is now +3 (for comparison, the Bongcloud is around -1.2), for reasons that should be very obvious. Have fun!
i dont know well maybe Bongcloud for worst o and the opening needs a actual name to count
