Are blindfold games worth analyzing?

Its quite common to analyze your own games to improve but what about blindfold games you play? Is it not worth your time analyzing? Since you could easily chalk it up to not seeing that etc. I missed a checkmate in 4 in a blindfold game and am now losing pretty bad since I missed it although if I was able to see the board I reckon I would of had decent chances to spot it

Any position you find interesting or confusing is worth analyzing. It could have come from a 1/0 blindfold drunk game... although in that case analyze the whole game is probably a waste heh.

I wonder whether blindfold is helpful or rather harmful. When I (try to) play blindfold, I usually try to avoid tactics and to simplify quickly to an endgame... So not sure if it's not counterproductive at my level.

blindfold isn't too good for you.

Why is that? I can understand the quality of your play taking a dive but wouldn't help train visualisation?

Once when I analyzed one of my blindfold games I discovered that I'd unnecessarily sacrificed a rook when I had a simpler win!
