There was a time where I saw myself comfortably around the 2300-2400 mark in my tactics rating. I've slipped below 2100 today, and I tried to figure out why am I struggling to get the right answers when this wasn't the case before.
What I realized is that, inspite of my current tactics rating being what it is, I'm always getting tactical problems with a rating strength of 2400-2600 atleast 80% of the time. This is impacting my ability to be more consistent with the right answers. I also know that my frustration of getting consistent wrong answers causes me to not calculate properly and reduce my concentration.
Has there been any change in the way chess.com assigns tactics to you?
