Are players above 1100 typically poor sports? lols

Maybe just a coincidence, but it seems that players above 1000 or 1100 are more prone to just abandoning games rather than resigning- are poor sports....

Maybe i'm tripping, but seems like an ego trip or something once they are above 1000 elo.... as most players under 1000 resign.

Not really. Here in 1500 rating, I'm sometimes found such people. Instead of resigning or fighting to the end, they instead abandon the game or, worse, let the clock run out.

If you play too good then abandon is way to go pick your inflated balloons. I face many players of this type
