pople by nature dont like other people to be or do better then we do. so in the end what goes up will always try to be knocked down. low self esteem in the end. Unless you are one of those nasty, self absorbed celebrity types. Then we rightfully hate you

Im sure chessplayers, even the elite top players, need/want proper (financial)support and sponsors from firms and companies. They would care. Even now, there are no bidders for women WC sponsors(?). There is also a sponsorship problem with Carlsen's match. ¿?
The real question is...
Where are all the rich companies, fans & firms who sponsor big events on other sports. &The real answer(for many) is- they dont care.
