Are there bots in Ranked games?

I often meet accounts which are quite new, while also having thousands of games played. To achieve the amount of games these accounts have you would have to play non-stop since the creation of the account. These bots are not hard-cheating but probably using some weakened version of stockfish. They also have unnatural thinking times. Why are these accounts not banned, as no human can possibly be playing so many games. Is there any way these types of accounts could be legit that i am missing?

If you suspect another member of using disallowed resources, you should report them directly to staff.

Regarding the number of games, some people have a lot of time to play and if they play quickly, they can easily accumulate a lot games, especially when playing bullet or blitz.

That said, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums (use of bots to play would be considered cheating)
