Are we playing enough Chess Variants? 🃏 Crazyhouse, Bughouse, KOTH... Let's talk!

Hi Community!

I recently took a break from "classic" chess to explore the Variants section, and honestly... I’ve been missing out!

I tried Crazyhouse and King of the Hill for the first time, and it was the most fun I’ve had in weeks. It’s the perfect way to "reset" your brain when you're on a losing streak in Blitz or just want to see the board from a different perspective.

For those who haven't tried them yet: Go do it! It really helps with your tactical vision and creativity.

I’m curious to hear from the experts and the newcomers:

  1. Which variant is the best for improving your tactical skills in regular chess?

  2. Bughouse lovers: How do you find a partner who doesn't get mad at you? 😂

  3. If you had to delete one variant forever, which one would it be?

I’ll be upvoting the best tips and stories. Let’s encourage more people to give these fun modes a try!

Good luck and have fun!
