Right click on the mouse? You can use right click whilst holding Ctrl, Shift or Alt to change the colours of the arrows too

Insert the game into your post, then click on moves. There you can draw the arrows after every move and even highlight them.
On the app i have not tried, but i think you cant. The mobile app is missing so many things that is on the PC. But if you log into Chess.com from browser on the mobile then you can add, but it is just terrible.

The arrow code requires the ability to right-click and drag and a keyboard to change colors. So, it won't work on a mobile device with the browser and the apps don't have the code at all
Pretty sure if ur posting a game u just have to put the arrows on the moves u want them
