Do u get membership for life once you reach 2200, do u become a CM at 2200? please help

You can't get titles for playing online. The site recognizes titles gained through OTB regular rated play.

NM in the US is 2200+ and for FIDE CM is 2200+

You have to play otb to become titled, I’m afraid. And it’s (no offence) and awful long way off for you right now.

Especially bear in mind that otb elo is normally about 150 points lower than online, too.
