If anything, I think you need my advice more than anyone here. Stuck at 900 blitz for the past two years...

Because it's fun here.
What's your OTB and how do you outplay opponents OTB? I find it quite hard to squeeze the win and stress out, not able to follow my intuition.

My OTB is 1750 although I haven't played for a few months. Most OTB games are 90|30 (the rated ones, at least). A healthy amount of stress during OTB is good. I find it best to focus on the game and not the result. Doing a lot of opening preparation ahead of the tournament can help you feel more comfortable and less nervous too.
Unfortunately, players in 90|30 OTB will tend to make serious errors less frequently. You shouldn't expect to win the game in under 30 moves. Come up with worthy candidates moves, calculate deep, and your opponent will eventually begin to give in.
Is it okay to talk to opponents during OTB?
In casual club games, yes. Among friends before the round begins, yes. In general though, it is frowned upon to talk to opponents when actually playing rated OTB games. You distract yourself, your opponent, and those playing beside you. Focus on the game at hand.
Is it okay to have drinks during OTB?
Yep! Most players I know have a bottle of water or tea at their disposal (sometimes placed on the floor to prevent the beverage from spilling and damaging the chess board). I don't think alcohol is prohibited, as long as your personal conduct remains acceptable you will be fine.
