you're in a position where sacrificing ANY of your peices is a brilliant. what peice do you sacrifice?
1. the Queen (you like to flex)
2. the ROOK (you watch too much gothamchess)
3. a pawn (you play chess without any risks)
4. the bishop (you're basic)
5. the knight (you like eating fried liver)
You know what? If you sack the pawn, I wont even give you a brilliant. Im gonna demote it to a great
secret option: the king

Against 1...e5, I recommend Italian
I have a question and it’s kind of long. I play bullet a lot because it is fun and has fast moves. But then I go play a 10 minute rapid game and still have 9 minutes left 30 moves in and start to lose game’s because of that. So I guess my question is how can I slow down to look at the position and get better moves. Thanks!

I suggest you play blitz. It leads to better time management.
