At what level do draws become more common?

I'm a low-rated player, so my games are usually decided by pretty major blunders by one side or the other. As a result, only about 4% of my daily games and 1% of my blitz games result in draws (and at least some of these are one side or the other stumbling into stalemate). I'm just curious at what rating-level people started drawing a substantial percentage of games.

1800-2200 You'll see a lot of Draws appear.

"GMs know when a position really is a draw, much more so than do lower rated players (they also tend to know when they are losing or winning). GMs, in order to save energy (or for other reasons), agree to draws much earlier in a game than lower rated players."
