At what point would you accept a draw in a bullet game?

Say you reach an equal position where every piece is walled off and it would be a guaranteed draw due to the 50-move rule if time allowed. You, however; have 1 more second on your clock than your opponent. If your opponent offered a draw, how much time would have to remain on the clock for you to accept or would you not accept at all? 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s, 30s, 45s, 59s??

To be clear if you don’t accept the draw, the only thing you can do is to move your king around the board as fast as possible hoping to flag your opponent while they do the same.

That's a good point about the 3-fold. What I'm trying to get at is the sportsmanship of the thing. If there's a locked position with a substantial amount of time left I feel like the players should agree to a draw. Moving the king in circles (but intentionally not 3-folding) for 30+ seconds does not seem like a real victory.
