In your opinion............I personally believe engines should be employed once a player reaches 1400 or so.

It can help you at a 500 rating and hurt you at a 2800 rating. As long as you use it well your rating doesn't really matter.

it depends on how you use it. Understanding the moves is better than playing the moves.
