Auto-Resign Cheating

A few times that I've played I've noticed that when I am clearly winning and about to checkmate, the reconnecting... auto-resign comes up and the game ends up getting aborted. It seems that players have found a way to cheat on this game. Can someone look into this?

Your opponents have no way of tampering with your resignation, and the problem you are facing is likely due to connection issues on either your or Chess.com's side.

Meruem-Samakun, do you hold proper evidence that your opponents are cheating? If it's just a claim of yours, you should know better than just randomly accusing your opponents.

By the same argument I could accuse you of hitting 97.9% accuracy against one of your opponents in a 9 Apr 2021 game and report you, but why don't I do that? Because I don't hold sufficient evidence on my hand to do so. As a random reader, I would not exactly know the happenings on your end (though it's pretty much clear in this case that you played cleanly).

As a player, you would not know what could be happening on the other end, so accordingly you should not proceed to degrade your opponents by accusing them.
