Human rights are non negotiable, so, no.
On a side note, maybe you should refrain from insulting others on public forums.

I have observed numerous occurences of offensive avatar and usernames with no consequence whatsoever. Whether it be trolling images or insulting usernames.
Today, the person i played simply had the picture of an antigay russian ultranationalist. When i asked him why he had homphobic picture as avatar they said it was "just a meme". Except that their username is also the nickname for that ultranationalist so they know exactly what they are doing.
How long can i expect to wait until chess.com acts on account using racist and homophobic usernames / avatars?
Did you report the avatar? Who is this Russian?
Who is this Russian?
"Tesak". Some neonazi who was probably murdered by Putin (but that does not make him a good guy). Just google it.
I highly doubt that ches.com will do anything about it.
Pot/kettle with the O.P.’s avatar. 🤣
Pot kettle? Explain. Do you even know who that is?

That's correct, i guess my playing history gave it away.
I am just making the statement that chess.com should not allow profiles with neonazi avatars and usernames on their platforms. There is not really much more to that.
I guess people believe they have the right to offend if they do it, but not be offended.
what situation are you describing there?

Someone offended by homophobic statements, but then turns around and uses something offensive to Christians.
rewind. gay rights are human rights. out of that understanding, we are not having a sane conversation. go spill your religious hatred (that is, hatred justified by religion) somewhere else, thanks.
And being "offended by homophobic statement" is a bit besides the point when my post is about how chess.com allows avatar and usernames of antigay racist neonazis. stop playing victim and shoving your agenda in a clear cut discussion.
Racism bad. Neonazi bad. Homophobes bad. If you don't agree with that save yourself some time and go spill your hate somewhere else.
By the way chess.com moderators and otherwise, *this* is why you need clear action. The above is looking bad on you.
Did you miss the original post and if not how does the above apply to it? You are making further racist assumption as to where I'm from and where I have been which are really digging your hole (suffice to say i'm not a native brit and english is not my native language either (shocker, how could you get anything wrong when you started with not agreeing that neonazis are bad)).
[Edit: the xenophobic comments that I was referring to below have been removed a few days down the line. Thanks for the work of moderators, much appreciated. ]By the way chess.com moderators and otherwise, *this* is why you need clear action. The above is looking bad on you.
