i know cheating has been covered alot on this site, but do you think cheating goes on with the average player(1200-1500)?ive ive played some games where im sure something funnys going on,im well ahead then a break in play then a sudden run of moves.i would expect it in the higher bracket but down with us average joes!any thoughts or anyone tempted to get alittle back up!

I noticed in your game against Janus, that after gaining a one-piece lead, you blundered away two pieces. Is it possible you're overconfident when you're winning and not watching the game as closely as before, whereas your opponent is doing the opposite to avoid a loss? Is there a particular game where you suspect cheating that we can look at?

Well you gave out a knight then a rook....I dont see what cheating has to do with it. If by cheating you mean computer use then that would be more for low rating players because a 2000+ rated player, even if a chess software can always help, will play better than most cpu

Looking at the game I think the adage the winner is the person who makes the last but one blunder comes to mind, I don't mean that in a nasty way just that the game contains several errors.

eg

12 ... Bxf4 when Bxh6 wins a piece

23 Bxg4  (Qxf6 also wins a piece) is a standard tactic which can be worked out easily enough.

25 ... Rf8 is a clear blunder

If you go to Chesscafe.com and look for the Novice nook archives you will see an article entitled "When ahead it's a whole different game", might be worth reading through it. I don't think your opponent cheated, just that you made some thinking errors which lead to him winning.

my game sucks,i know that,i dont need experts to analyse my shoddy games.theres some highly dodgy records towards the top i just wondered if anyone thought there was any going on in the average joes(hence the post)
