Napoleon was been a Chess Player, as you know...
Donald Trump is very Fit for his age!
I would re-name the Sleeping Deprivation as a SD!
Tigran Petrosian was at the SD /Sleeping Deprivation/, when he played Chess Tournaments and Matches, as he recalled...
And SD /Sleeping Deprivation/ is a REAL LIFE PROBLEM, as well!
It is a Psycho- Medical Condition!
And Chess as a Fight, affect and strike us back!
What you think about the Cures!??
What is a better?
Love!
Drink?
Drugs??
Fitness...
Labor!???
Sleep,
Rest.....

Love is no cure for sleep, it may keep you up all night.
Drinks will stop you from dreaming.
Drugs will make you dream but never sleep.
Fitness is a good idea, but too much energy is wasted on silly things.
Labor is one of the causes of SD!
Rest is an illusion of sleep, but it more similar to laziness.
Sleep is the only cure for a sleeping disorder, but the lack of it is the symptom.
