BAD BLITZ GAMES

Hi,I started playing chess this February 2021 and it's been around 8 months of chess journey. I am able to play well in rapid and classical chess..but,when it comes to blitz,I am not able to perform well at all...I used to participate in tournaments like 3+2 and used to get good results and good scores (a month ago or so)and now I lose to lower rated than me and scores such bad results...I relalises that it was a bad move only after playing that move😔..pls help me out regarding this...
Experience help you play better. I notice you have very few games on this site, therefore i think its simply the fact that you have to play more, build up some games played.

It's because of the time factor. How well will you do in a 2 hour English examination if you are only given 15 minutes to complete the entire paper?
Also, results are all relative, and more importantly we have our off days. Sometimes we are good...and sometimes we are not as good.
