Banned player still playing daily games

I think we need to lock artigas. He's publicly shaming the human race. This should not be allowed by terms of service but I'm not going to name a specific part of it that he's violating.

You should not have to continue to play against a Closed for Fair-play Account.

You should resign and report the Account for Cheating. Any Elo point loss you receive as a result of your resignation, should be awarded back to you, if not, you should contact support.

Can someone show me where in the terms of service, community guidelines, or similar where it states what is allowed and not allowed regarding discussion of cheating in the forums? I’ve a member here almost since the beginning, but today failed to find any prohibition in the rules. Maybe our friend @artigas183 would have an easier time if the rules clearly state what is and is not allowed.
