Oh, yeah.. the 3 {high} schools, I attended, were, "Abraham Lincoln", {Philadelphia, Pa.}.. "Lake Washington", {Kirkland, washington, state}.. and, 'Renton'.. also, 'Washington', {state}.
.. Now back, to a 'look- see' of your 'old' {high school}, 'haunt', I assume.
Ps., 'Tom' .. Why, a 'boarding school', as your choice{?} .. Or, did your 'parents' want to get, {ahem}, 'rid' of you ?

Boarding school?! I'm working class brother I ain't got no boarding school. God sounds tough to do that.
I did however love reading mallory towers to my daughter. Beautiful books.
That's about a girl's boarding school and the fun that was had. Fictional though perhaps to an extent based on real life.

I really like Harriet the Spy. I cried so much reading that story. And yet it didn't move my daughter at all. I think the sadness within it was about parenting.

I actually thought Galileo wrote beautifully and also Shakespeare naturally. The English language can be beautiful it's true.
