becoming FIDE president should be contingent on who is the world champion

I see alot of posts about FIDE president and whether Weinstein will become the new president. I believe that the world champion should become FIDE president. Since Carlsen is the champ, he should be FIDE president. If Anand were to beat Carlsen this year, then Anand should become FIDE president. Becoming FIDE president should be contingent  on who is the current world champion.

Good chess players probably don't make good administraors. This is a terriable, terriable idea that makes no sense. 

Having both a president and champ makes no sense either. Just combine the two.

A President has nothing to do with actually playing chess. He has a whole other set of duties and tasks. It is like saying that the highest scoring footballer player should be in charge of FIFA.
