Behaviour of my opponent

i am playing against Brundtland and my queen is the only piece on the board. It is normal to give up then but my opponent plays on. Every day, just minutes before the time is over, he plays his move or sets his account on "vacation" for a day or a few hours.

I think its very silly and disrespectfull.. its irritating me.

What can i do with this situation, can i complain somewhere?

Thx.

:-), and now serieus pls...

May be irritating and shows lack of respect, but it is his absolute right to play on until checkmate.  It's even possible that despite his rating he's not that sure how mate is accomplished and wants to watch your technique.  OK, highly unlikely, but possible.

think of it like a scene from Dumb and Dumber.

Sounds like sour grapes to me, especially the use of vaction time. Personally I never play an unsporting person a second time, not sure what else you can do.

what's adding to your annoyance is that you didn't play something like 64 Qf5. Learn to finish a game off in the fewest moves.

So, how long have you been sick ?

I agree. Some people go to great lengths to annoy you. Best thing to do is make a move and not let it bother you.

With a rating like you have you should be able to checkmate him/her in short order. So do it and be dome with it. Why complain about something you can't stop?

Where is Brundtland from? India? These people are worst about this type of cowardice.
