being picky about opponents
On playchess there is a trial period, once that is over you have to pay if you want to keep playing, maybe I should have mentioned that.

Hello. I have been playing on playchess.com for a few years now, I don't pay for membership, I just create new accounts every time my old one loses access, my rating averages to around 1500 I guess, though sometimes on new accounts when I am in a bad shape or just not taking it seriously my rating drops to around 1000, some days I just blunder so much but i still keep playing and well I tend to get a bit emotional and lose even more because of that, I have reached 1700 on some accounts, and I have beaten players of 1900.
What is annoying about the online chess community is that alot of people just abort the game when they see a lower rated player against them, I think that is lame, well I understand if nigel short doesn't want to play me but 1500 canceling because opponent is 1300, I never do that,I take on anyone, and I can sometimes see why players around 1500 don't want to play against 1300, it is because they are afraid to lose alot of points and when they do win they get nothing, they are so worried about their rating drop so they just play equal or stronger opponents instead. That is wrong and in that case your rating is also wrong, you might have 1700 rating but you are lying to yourself, you're that good! And saying "you don't learn from weak opponents" is also wrong and not a good excuse, I remember when I played some 1900 rated guy, I made so many simple tactical errors, I went through the game later with houdini and I was so amazed how a 1900 rated person can be so blind at some things, he plays good against someone with 1700 but has trouble with 1200's, he did not make too many mistakes himself, but he also missed all the mistakes I made, he lost eventually, even though he was strong player, he was blind in certain positions that mostly occur in low rating games, I've seen that in alot in higher rated players. They seem so cautious about everything, they try so hard to play positionally they forget tactics, they try to avoid "sharp" situations, ones that I normally like to create, I sometimes play moves that I know are positionally not optimal but will create complicated situations, normally that is where I come out on top. I think I could achieve around 1800 rating at playchess.com if I only played equal or higher rated opponents.
