best app/program for ‘practice’ rather than study

I would like to practice openings and I’m. Struggling to find a good program to do it. Lichess has loads of study but no practice. Chess.com has great lessons but really really limited. Chessable is ideal but again really limited.

So for example I want to learn the queens gambit. Lichess has study (yawn) and chess.com has several courses on ‘the QG declined’ but nothing on the actual gambit.

Any idea?

Chessable is your go to place. It is limited yes but for you it is not. If there is an available site ideal to your liking, i doubt you can or will practice every opening. Choose one or two openings to start with. Be an active learner and not fall into the infinite hole 🕳 of researching or just browsing the ideal scenario.
